Weekly Schedule:

Monday: Power Day

  • All Groups from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Emphasis on plyometrics to build explosive strength.

Tuesday: Details Training

  • High Jump from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Long Jump from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Triple Jump from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Concentrated sessions to fine-tune specific components of each jump.

Wednesday: Speed Day

  • All groups from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Boost your velocity with targeted speed drills.

Thursday: Details Training

  • High Jump from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Long Jump from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Triple Jump from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
